Georgetown Little League includes divisions for ages 4 thru 16. Georgetown Little League is a member of Little League International and is your child’s path to the Little League World Series.
Copy of original Birth Certificate and a copy of (3) of the following proofs of residency including: Driver License, Vehicle Registration, (1) Utility Bill, or Cable Bill all dated between Feb. 1, 2013 and Feb. 1, 2014
Any player who lives or attends school within the Georgetown Little League Boundary may play. The boundary includes zip codes 46805, 46815, 46774 (north of SR 930/US 30), and 46797 (Woodburn area). Those players attending school within the boundary, but do not live within the boundary, can either provide a copy of their first quarter report card or complete a School Enrollment Form, signed by the school principal, found on the league website. A League Boundary Map is also available on the website.
