Dear Georgetown Little League Parents,

50^th Anniversary Celebration
As you can see from our recent Facebook post, the 50^th anniversary celebration will be this Saturday.  You can read more about the details on that Facebook post either on our website or Facebook.  We are hoping for a great turnout with Food Trucks opening at 11:30, the celebration at 1:00 and Fireworks to follow.  Games will be going from 9 am to around 4 pm.

I want to mention a few items.

1. Each registered player will receive a commemorative 50^th Anniversary baseball pin. Come up to the garage to receive one. Your child(ren)'s names will be checked off. It is suggested that you hold onto the pin so they do not get lost.
2. Additional pins and other 50^th Anniversary items will be on sale at the garage as well. Again, this is a cash only store. Pins and Car Stickers are $5 each, t-shirts $20 and the few remaining hoodies - $35.We sold out of the GT hats that we were selling last Saturday.
3. Parking – We have no idea what to expect with regard to attendance. Our parking lot, Faith Baptist and the old bank parking lots are available. After that, we suggest you park at Croninger or in one of the local neighborhoods. Please be careful. If you need to drop individuals off, please be safe and patient as you pull into our parking lot.
4. Please do not block the path from our parking lot to the garage as well as the path between our parking lot and Faith Baptist. Also, please no parking on the grass anywhere.
5. Only officers and concession workers are allowed to park on the grass behind the garage. We are only doing this in order to not take up parking spots for the public.
