Upcoming Important Dates

Georgetown families,

Without tryouts behind us, we are one step closer to baseball! Georgetown would again like to thank our sponsor, Coach McKinstry Baseball, for their incredible hospitality in hosting our tryouts.

We have a few important dates remaining as we inch closer to the start of the 2025 season:

Field Maintenance Days:

Saturday, March 22nd: 12pm - 4pm
Saturday, April 5th: 12pm-4pm

Please join us as we work around the park to make sure that everything is ready for Opening Day.

Coach Clinic:

If you are volunteering as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach, please make every effort to attend our Coach Clinic this coming Sunday, March 23rd from 1pm-3pm. There is a mandatory First Aid clinic, and then we will have time where we can learn as coaches. This is a District 10 requirement.

Parent's Night:

Parents, if you would like to learn more about Georgetown, meet board members, and meet your coach before the season starts....this is a great opportunity to do just that! We strongly encourage anyone that is new to Georgetown to attend, and board members/coaches will be available for questions. Our Parent's Night will be held at Blackhawk Christian's Intermediate School (located on the northwest corner of State / Lahmeyer). We split the Parent Night into two different time periods based on age groups.

T-Ball / Prep: 6-7pm
Minors / Majors / Intermediate & older: 7-8pm

Opening Day!!

We are excited to host our Opening Ceremony on Friday, April 11th from 6-7pm. This is different than the last couple of years, however, we are excited for this change. We will introduce each team and throw out first pitches to kick off the 2025 Little League season. More to come on this event soon!
