Dear Georgetown Little League Parents,
Registration – Remains Open For A Limited Time – Please Read
Registration remains open for a limited time for all divisions except for Seniors as we will not have enough players to field a Seniors team. I will comment further on the Tball/Rookie Division below as that registration will be open longer than the other divisions. We want as many kids to play as we can.
The time that each division remains open is dependent on the remaining available spots for each division other than Rookie. Once we achieve the optimal number for each league, we will wait list the remaining players in that division.
Here is a summary of the open spots as of this early afternoon:
Juniors – 2 to 5 players. 2 will get us to two teams of 12 but we can easily carry 13 players on a team.
Intermediate – If we go with 2 teams, we are technically full. HOWEVER, if we get at least 2 more players, we will likely form 3 teams. Ideally, we would like 5 more players to achieve 12 per team.
Majors and Minors – We are technically full. HOWEVER, if there are enough players that register (10-12 players, we could add a 7th Minors team). I would encourage you to register or at a minimum, contact me at the information provided below. Again, we want the kids to play.
Prep – There is still room at least 15 players.
Tball/Rookie – Registration for Tball/Rookie will remain open the longest. We have more flexibility with how these teams are established since they do not tryout and the kids are allocated to the various teams. Reminder, families with multiple Tball/Rookie players to register, please do so by March 17 so it is easier to set the teams.
In addition, we have flexibility as to how many players there will be on a team, depending on the number of coaches available. If you are interested in coaching a Rookie team and have not already let me know or volunteered on line, please reach out to John Shovlin, the VP of Tball/Rookie (260-466-1784). It is easier to leave him a text and he will respond.

Once on the home page, you select Register (for those new to the league) or Login (for those in returning to the website). Those buttons can be found in the upper right corner of the home page.
