to determine your child's eligibility to play baseball at Georgetown Little League.

Anyone who lives within the 46805, 46815, 46774 zip code (north of Moeller Rd/west of Minnich Rd/US 30 to the state line) or 46797 (south of Maumee Ctr Rd) zip codes, you will need to bring copies of birth certificates and copies of 3 documents proving you live in GCLL boundaries (copy of driver's license, 1 utility bill, and vehicle insurance are examples). They must be dated Feb 1, 2016 - Feb 1, 2017. 

Something new this year.  If a player does not live within the Georgetown Little League boundary but the player attends a school within the boundary, then the child can register to play baseball at Georgetown.  It will be necessary to submit a completed School Enrollment Form or first quarter report card (official version with school name and address on it) along with a copy of birth certificate at registration if this is the case.
