Dear Georgetown Little League Parents,

Reminder – Tryouts Tomorrow – March 16th

First, we have received questions about the age of your child.  Your time for tryouts is determined based on their LEAGUE AGE, their age at 8/31/2024.  Example: If your child is 7 today but turns 8 by 8/31/2024, the child is league age 8 and the tryout time would be 10:00. 

Location:  Hupe Fieldhouse is located at 7011 Stellhorn Road. 

Please be safe and patient while parking as there will be a number of people coming and going.  Please stay off the grass.  We suggest that you car pool or park down at Messiah Lutheran Church if the parking lot at Hupe becomes full.  You are also welcome to drop your child off and pick up later. 

The schedule is as follows: (try to arrive 15 minutes prior to get your child's number in the entrance area of the facility):

9:00 am – 6 and 7 year olds
10:00 am – 8 year olds
11:00 am – 9 and 10 year olds
12:00 pm – 11 and 12 year olds
1:00 pm – 13 year olds – Only players new to Georgetown Spring baseball
2:00 pm – 14 and 15 year olds - Only players new to Georgetown Spring baseball

Majors protects that have not played fulltime in Majors previously must tryout.  Prep and Minors Protects do not need to attend tryouts. 

If you cannot make tryouts this Saturday, we have tryouts on Saturday, March 23 from 9-3.  Your child only has to tryout once.

Tball/Rookie Parents
Reminder for parents of the Rookie (Tball and Coaches Pitch) Division, those children do not tryout.
